All G Foods, an Australian ‘feel-good food startup’, is promoting its first premium plant protein brand – Bloom Providore – which is created exclusively for Aussie chefs with a progressive mindset who know how to make alt-meat proteins the “hero” of dishes.

The protein range includes minces inspired by beef, lamb, pork, chicken, duck and fish – and All G Foods says the products taste like their real-meat alternative but are produced with less cost and carbon emissions.

With meat prices increasing, Aussies are seeking more plant protein alternatives and there is a growing interest in plant-based burgers, of which mince ‘meats’ make the perfect base.

Bloom Providore plant protein first appeared in Ovolo Hotels, where restaurants offer plant-forward menus.

“Ovolo Hotels restaurants set the benchmark for a sustainable food future and have been inspiring chefs across the globe to rethink fine dining and the need for animal proteins,” said Jan Pacas, CEO at All G Foods.

“With the right ingredients, flavours and texture, a chef can create beautiful things and with Bloom it further enhances that creativity.”

The release of Bloom Providore will empower chefs to become decision-makers in the future of food and the adoption of alternative proteins in restaurant menus.
