Teva Singapore has teamed up with Mandai Wildlife Group to launch a sustainable adventure footwear collection at Rainforest Wild Asia, an zoological park in Mandai Wildlife Reserve.
Set to open this month, the park offers an immersive journey through a Southeast Asian rainforest, featuring elevated walkways, forest treks, and up-close encounters with 36 wildlife species, including the François’ langur and the Philippine spotted deer.
The new footwear collection includes:
- Terra Fi 5 Universal: Designed for multi-day hikes, this sandal features webbing made from recycled plastic using traceable, verifiable Repreve polyester yarn. It is quick-drying, lined with 60 per cent recycled mesh, and treated with a peppermint-based anti-odour solution for freshness.
- Teva Hydratek CT: A quick-drying shoe made with 93 per cent recycled mesh uppers and 30 per cent recycled EVA topsoles. Its lightweight construction, grippy outsoles, and water-dispersing tread make it ideal for wet conditions.
- Grandview Max GTX: A technical multi-day hiking boot, which incorporates 100 per cent Repreve recycled polyester webbings, a waterproof Gore-tex membrane, and a Vibram Megagrip outsole for durability and traction.
“Teva has always been about adventure, but we also want to make sure future generations can enjoy these places,” the company said. “This partnership with Mandai Wildlife Group is about encouraging people to explore nature responsibly.”
The Teva x Mandai Wildlife Group collection is available at Rainforest Wild Asia’s retail shop.
