KitKat, the well-known Nestle chocolate brand, has brought back its popular, limited-edition KitKat Plant Based bar for Australian fans.
Customers can only find the bar at Coles stores nationwide and online at the KitKat Chocolatory store.
Combining the KitKat crispy wafer with a rice-based milk alternative, the vegan-certified chocolate keeps the same taste of the standard milk-based bars that customers love.
Melanie Chen, head of confectionery marketing at Nestle said the company experienced “an outpouring of demand” on its social media channels calling for the return of KitKat Plant Based bar.
“This tasty treat is making an exciting return to our KitKat range in Australia for a short period of time. We can’t wait to give people more opportunities and ways to enjoy their favourite break with a vegan milk alternative, delivering the classic KitKat snap they know and love.”
