The popular Hong Kong circular fashion retailer Hula is preparing to launch a pop-up event at the Upper House Hotel in Admiralty next month, where fashion gurus can thrift luxury-brand apparel and accessories while saving their pocket and the planet.
From November 9 to December 8, the event offers fashionistas and upcyclers the opportunity to explore selected pre-loved ready-to-wear, bags, footwear, and accessories, as well as rare finds and vintage collections in three different styles of ‘hives’ or rooms: Desire, Play and Pop.
The Desire Room showcases rare and timeless pieces from Celine, Chanel, Dior, Hermes, and Louis Vuitton, featuring festive decorations, repurposed gift boxes tied with ribbons, and florals.
The Bedroom (Play) features contemporary and vibrant displays where guests can strike a pose against a backdrop of wrapped boxes and a hotel trolley and snag unique items from brands such as Acne, Ganni, Jacquemus, and Isabel Marant.
The Bathroom: (Pop) features a colour-balls bath backdrop, and customers can hunt down streetwear and menswear brands like Balenciaga, Diesel, Junya Watanabe, Prada, and Off-White.
Guests can play Lucky Draw to win Hula vouchers, free stylist consultations, free wardrobe organiser consultations, makeovers, and private events.
