An Australian family-owned manufacturer is expanding its local plant-based milk lineup with a new range dubbed NOM – Nutty Oat Milk.
Pureharvest has launched three options in the range: Macadamia Dream, Nut Bliss and Lush Almond, all made with a blend of nuts and oats to create plant-based, vegan milks which merge the creaminess of oat milk with the flavour of nut milk.

Founded in 1979 and located in Drouin, in Victoria’s Gippsland area, Pureharvest is one of Australia’s largest manufacturers and distributors of natural and organic food. The company introduced rice milk to Australia in the early 1990s and later oat milk. Now it is turning to nuts, reflecting the growing demand for nut-based dairy alternatives worldwide.
The company says the NOM range is versatile enough to be used in smoothies, porridges, and home-brewed coffees, as well as an ingredient in dishes like vegan pancakes or fresh pasta dishes. They are free from artificial chemicals, flavours, emulsifiers and preservatives, added sugars, flavours, preservatives, or dairy or GMO ingredients.

Pureharvest also makes fruit juices, cold-pressed oils, organic sweeteners, rice cakes and soy sauces along with a range of organic grains, flours, beans, nuts, dried fruits and seeds.
