‘Grater’ plant-based cheeses: Biocheese expands to New Zealand

Australian plant-based alt-cheese company Biocheese has landed in New Zealand with the launch of six new products.

The range comprises Mozzarella, Cheddar, Feta, Cream Cheese, and a Cheese-and-Crackers Snack Pack, featuring plant-based, allergen-friendly products. Also, the full range can be consumed during faith-based fasting periods.

Vicky Pappas, CEO at Biocheese, promises that each item is as ‘gouda’ as the next.

“We are passionate about creating cheese alternatives that are not only delicious but also ethical and sustainable”, added Pappas.

“No one should have to give up the foods they love due to allergies or plant-based lifestyle choices, and we’re proud that Biocheese stands out for taste, quality and overall value.”

Customers can purchase Biocheese’s latest products in Woolworths stores across New Zealand.
