According to the company, the Functional Barrier Paper system is 95 per cent paper with enhanced barrier properties that can protect against water vapour and moisture.
This year’s updated Ecopaper database shows a significant increase in the number of available products from Asia – 203 listings, up from 111 last year. It includes 84 products from China and 72 from India.
The new body product range features shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and roll-on deodorant.
The implementation is based on the country’s single-use plastic policy that was launched in 2020.
