Following the successful launch of its first-ever plant-based menu in Hong Kong earlier this year, contemporary fine-dining Chinese restaurant Mott 32 will bring its updated culinary selection to Singapore.

The Singapore outlet will be adding nine plant-based dishes to its menu developed by the restaurant’s founders and culinary team after months of research.

Customers can expect familiar flavours through the recreation of the restaurant’s classic dishes in plant-based versions such as Salt and Pepper “squid”, replacing the squid with coconut meat; or Sweet and Sour Pork, replacing pork with lion’s mane mushroom.

“The new plant-based menu at Mott 32 is one of the first Chinese fine-dining destinations to marry true Cantonese cooking techniques with a more sustainable approach to eating and is the next step in Maximal Concepts’ drive to continue to raise awareness in this space,” said Malcolm Wood, co-founder, Mott 32.
