As a brand encouraging eco-lifestyles in the US, Munjoi has launched vegan four-in-one All-Dai shoes to reduce waste and strengthen sustainability.

Realising the harm of industrial trash and overproduction, former Saucony and New Balance designer Patrick Hogan founded Munjoi to move into the sustainability space. His mission was to bring convenience and eco-products to daily life with four criteria: creating less, packing less, spending less and doing more.

“As a footwear designer I could walk outside on any given day and count the number of shoes that I’ve designed on the feet of people walking by,” said Hogan.

“I realised that I was playing a pretty big role in the process, and I should be using my talents to do a better job at helping combat pollution.”

The All-Dai shoes are sourced from natural alternatives including Bloom foam made from algae waste and sugarcane. Munjoi also uses biodegradable cotton and hemp grown without the use of pesticides and chemicals, and which help your feet breathe (along with the planet!).

Versatility is also emphasised in All-Dai shoes which can be worn as a trainer, a backless mule, a sandal slide, or an open-toe trainer. All you need to do to change the style is remove the sole and fold it into the shape you want.

The shoes are now available online on Munjoi’s website. Lightweight, suitable for travelling and machine washable, they make an ideal shoe for those who enjoy minimalism and aspire to an eco lifestyle.
