Australia’s beach culture is set for a technological upgrade with the launch of the e-beach wagon in Sydney.
As the first electric beach trolley available in Australia, the vehicle introduces a new category of powered outdoor transport designed to remove the physical strain of hauling heavy gear across soft sand.
Founded by civil engineer Mike Mogan, the e-beach wagon was developed to address the limitations of traditional pull-along trolleys.
The product arrives in New South Wales with local fulfilment, allowing the award-winning design, previously a top-rated seller in the US, to ship directly from a Sydney-based warehouse.
The e-beach wagon is battery-powered and operated via a thumb throttle, allowing users to move substantial loads without pulling or dragging.
It features a 48V, 800W brushless electric motor and a 48V removable battery, which offers a lifespan of seven to 10 years and is regarded as one of the safest lithium options available.
The e-beach wagon is designed to fit through standard doorways and lifts, making it suitable for apartment living and coastal storage. It is now available for shipping nationwide from its Sydney operations.
“Australia has some of the world’s best beaches, and local fulfilment from Sydney means Australians now have access to a premium electric beach trolley built for performance, durability, and ease of use,” said Morgan.
The removable wagon bed allows the unit to convert between a trolley, flatbed, bench, and table. This functionality extends its use to camping, sporting fields, and home maintenance.
